Backrooms: Insane is a single-player horror game where you are not playing as a hero — you are simply yourself, trapped inside an endless nightmare and recording everything as it happens. Explore disturbing liminal spaces, search for hidden keys, solve environmental puzzles, and survive the entity that hunts you when time runs out.
Every second matters. Every sound can betray you. Every level brings you closer to the final escape.
